Ciclope is, by its own words, a festival of craft. Film, advertising, documentary, conferences. It’s all there and it’s all top quality. So after a few years working in artist management, I was chuffed this time round to be HOSTING the Learning room. The learning room is a new addition to the programming for Ciclope 2023. My job was to keep time between workshops, liaise with the workshop leaders and be the warm welcoming energy distributor to glue the packed schedules together and keep the levels up. A Schmoozer’s paradise, I felt very comfortable in this role and look forward to some more, for sure.
