To demonstrate a sentiment
Something that is close to me
Or something that’s engrossed in me 
An immutable daydream 
Infallible brain beam
Whether the theme is honey sweet or black tar dastardly
And whether they deliver it with silk soft caress or glass shard nastily
Better believe there’s default mastery 

Mastery not only from the expressions selected
But mastery 
The bravery of the vulnerable
Openly dissected

Outwardly directed
So another can just slurp it up and say “Whoah, I feel reflected”
That is what has got to be respected
